Terms of on-line purchases and Returns
Product Purchase and delivery time:
All products are hand made and mostly made to order. Please allow 5 working days from when your product is ordered to when it is despatched. We aim to despatch more quickly, but during busy times it could take up to 5 working days. Please contact me if you require a product more quickly and we’ll do our best to fulfill this.
Postage and Packaging:
Postage and packaging, using a tracked service unless otherwise stated, is charged as follows:
- Orders up to £20 - £4.99
- Orders between £20 and £50 - £6.99
- Orders between £50 and £100 - £8.99
- Orders over £100 - £10
If you are local and would like to collect for free, please select the 'Collect in person' option at the checkout.
Amy Joanne Interiors currently only delivers to Mainland UK. Please contact me for postage charge requests to overseas and Non-Mainland UK.
Amy Joanne Interiors currently only accepts PayPal payment on-line. If you wish to pay by cheque or Bacs, please contact me with your request.

Returns & Exchanges:
We hope you’re thrilled with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with a product please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please appropriately package and return the goods and we will arrange either a refund or an exchange. Return post and packaging costs are at your cost and it is advisable to use a tracked / recorded method to ensure safe return. Should items not be returned safely a receipt of posting will be requested prior to any refund or exchange being made. Original postage charges (where applicable) are non refundable.
Within 7 working days after the date of receiving the returned goods, a full refund or exchange will be made within 3 days provided that:-
1) The goods are received in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging and material.
2) A valid proof of purchase or receipt is provided.
Any damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the items, we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after this period. Pictures of any damaged goods should be emailed to email@example.com in the first instance. Goods will then be exchanged or refunded within 10 working days of purchase.

While the colour reproduction of the goods is a close representation, we cannot accept responsibility for any variations in colour caused by browser software or PC systems.
